Welcome to RK Group! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including freight forwarding, logistics solutions, and any related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.
1. Definitions
- “RK Group,” “we,” “our,” “us” – Refers to RK Group and its affiliates.
- “User,” “you,” “your” – Refers to customers, clients, and any individual or entity using our Services.
- “Services” – Refers to all freight forwarding, logistics, and transportation services provided by RK Group.
2. Use of Services
- Our Services are available to legally registered businesses and individuals who agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when using our Services.
- RK Group reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
3. Freight & Shipping Terms
- RK Group provides Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) shipping services based on availability and demand.
- Shipping schedules are subject to changes due to external factors such as weather conditions, port congestion, customs regulations, and other unforeseen circumstances.
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all import/export laws, tariffs, and required documentation.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All pricing is subject to change based on market conditions, fuel surcharges, and regulatory adjustments.
- Payments must be made according to the agreed terms specified in invoices. Late payments may be subject to penalties or service suspension.
- RK Group reserves the right to withhold or delay shipments for non-payment or outstanding balances.
5. Liability & Insurance
- RK Group will take all reasonable measures to ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods; however, we are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or unforeseen events.
- Customers are encouraged to obtain appropriate cargo insurance to protect against loss or damage.
- Claims for damaged or lost shipments must be filed within minimum time of delivery.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation of shipments must be made in writing before dispatch. Any cancellation fees incurred will be the responsibility of the client.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in accordance with our refund policy and may take up to minimum time for processing.
7. Compliance & Legal Regulations
- Users agree to comply with all applicable international trade laws, sanctions, and regulatory requirements.
- RK Group reserves the right to refuse service to any entity involved in illegal trade, fraud, or prohibited activities.
8. Intellectual Property
- All website content, branding, and proprietary materials related to RK Group are owned by us and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
- RK Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
- In no event shall our liability exceed the value of the shipment in question.
10. Changes to Terms
- RK Group reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our Services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
